Independent and local
Kellett & Co is positioned as a local Preston-based agency with a personal and practical approach.
About
Independent, local, and focused on refined lettings and property management.
Kellett & Co is positioned around practical support, premium presentation, and clear communication for landlords and tenants.
Landlord-first focus
The website speaks to landlords first while still giving tenants a fast route to help, the Property Portal for saved searches & new homes alerts, and the Client Portal for ongoing tenancy tasks.
Operational clarity
The public site stays focused on enquiries, property search + alerts, and marketing. The external Client Portal (kellettandco.app) handles ongoing landlord & tenant workflows. The on-site Property Portal (kellettandco.co.uk/property-portal) handles saved homes, email alerts, and applications for potential tenants.
